Why train with other people?

Training alone works until it does not: the session you skip is the one nobody was waiting for. A partner or a weekly meetup changes that, and the feedback is worth as much as the company — most technique problems are invisible from the inside.

  • Someone expects you at the bar, so you turn up
  • A second pair of eyes catches what a mirror cannot
  • Skills come faster when you see them done in front of you

About the community

Calisthenics Hub is a map, a library and a place to find people to train with. The community part is the last of those: a forum for questions and progress, meetups organised by the people who show up to them, and a partner search that works by city and by level.

It is free, it needs an account only to post, and it is deliberately small and specific — a place for people who train outdoors rather than another general fitness feed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Community FAQ

How do I join?

Create a free account. Browsing the forum, the meetups and the map needs no account at all; posting, hosting a meetup and sending partner requests do.

Are there people training near me?

Use the partner search and the meetup list, both filtered by city. If your city is quiet, hosting one session is usually what starts it — the map shows where the spots are.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The forum, the meetups, the partner search and the map are free to use.

How do I find training partners?

Filter the partner search by city and level, send a request, and agree on a spot from the map. Meetups are the other route: turning up once is usually how a training partnership starts.
