Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Advertising

Calisthenics Hub is free to use and is funded by advertising, which we show through Google AdSense. Ads are labelled as such. Spots, guides and rankings are never paid placements: no one can buy a spot listing or a better position on the map.

Member content and reports

Forum posts, meetups, spots, photos, reviews and profiles are published by members, who are responsible for them. We do not check them before they go live, except new spots and photos, which a moderator reviews first.

If you come across content that you believe is unlawful or breaks our terms, report it to contact@calisthenics-hub.com with the page address and a short reason. We review every report, remove unlawful content promptly once we know of it, and tell you what we decided.

Liability for content

We write the editorial content of this site with care and correct errors as soon as we learn of them; the About page explains how. Training guides are general information, not medical advice or personal coaching. Spot listings come largely from OpenStreetMap and from members, and we cannot check every one on site.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under § 7(1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor information that others transmit or store through this site, or to look for circumstances that point to unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block information under general law are unaffected; liability for this arises only from the moment we learn of a specific infringement.

Liability for links

This site links to external websites whose content we do not control, so we cannot accept responsibility for it; the provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for that page. We check links when we add them. If we learn that a link leads to unlawful content, we remove it.

The texts, graphics and design of this site are our own work and protected by copyright. Copying, editing or distributing them beyond what copyright law allows needs our written permission. Downloads and copies are allowed for private, non-commercial use.
