You cannot add plates, so bodyweight chest work changes leverage instead: hand position, incline, and how much of the load one arm takes. Dips hit the lower chest hardest, decline push-ups the upper, and the archer and one-arm progressions are how you keep going once sets of twenty stop doing anything.
